Excellent Location and Kind Staff

perfect locationpleasant staffhelpful mapclean room
I found the location excellent. It was really hard to beat. The staff member who greeted me and checked me in was very pleasant. He recommended local sites to visit and offered a helpful paper map with main attractions. The room was also clean and the bed was quite comfortable (I slept very well).
The room lacked sufficient light. It could have been brighter.

Great Experience!

helpful stafftraditional foodlate checkoutnumerous spiders
I was very pleased with the hotel staff. Kristine was helpful. I requested a room to be warmed up and I was happy with the attention given to my request. The breakfast was excellent and it had a great choice of Latvian traditional food! Check out time is 12 p.m.. This is very helpful.
The rooms that were offered to me had spiders and spider webs! I literally saw more than 3-5 spiders in each room. The receptionist was not able to sort out a room matching the booked standards.
Location
9/10
The hotel boasts a central location. Trams pass right in front of the hotel, providing convenient transportation options for exploring the city. Views from the room overlooking the park are beautiful.
Dining
8/10
Breakfast offers a decent selection, though it's not particularly special. There is a variety of choices available, but nothing stands out as really good. It provides a satisfactory start to the day, with standard breakfast fare.

The location proved CONVENIENT. The hotel offered easy access to nearby attractions.
The room I got was disappointing. The furniture was dated, and the carpet featured obvious stains. Noise became a problem due to traffic and a tram line. Soundproofing IS NEEDED.
